Unlike other networks like Etisalat and Glo, Mtn does not treat its customers with respect, after all we are the one who makes them rich! when one dials their toll free number <180> the service rendered is poor and if you request to speak to an agent, you could wait for nothing less than thirty minutes. This makes customers inadequately attended to...
On the issue of its customer service agents being mean this is not strange to most Nigerians. One would ask what the attributes of a customer agent is and an answer readily comes to mind. They must at all-time be in a good mood to attend to customers, if they cant cope with that they should join the bandwagons on the street asking for #20 from drivers.
On a personal level on Saturday, when i went to register my SIM card at Silverbird, VI. I happily went to their centre only to come out with a sad face! Why? Apart from the sweets on the tables of the agent nothing was welcoming at all. The ladies looked like people who hardly smile. Their appearances were not a projection of their character. They looked sophisticated yet snobby. They attended to me without even a smile on their faces, i dont know about you but a smile goes a long way to tell me that am welcome. Iwont blame them, maybe they were stressed! Everyone has a share of the devil they are dealing with. I am not damning the network but i would like to see an improvement in this area.

It's unclear when the A-list couple plans to share snaps of baby North West, who was born on June 15th. The gossip magazine suggests that father West, 36, may try to avoid putting his daughter in the spotlight for a while longer.

"He was serious when he said North isn't America's baby," a source told the magazine.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West reportedly turned down a $3 million deal to publish the first photos of North West.

Sources close to the couple confirmed the name, five days after Kimye welcomed their first child into the world.

Speculation had been rife the couple were continuing the Kardashian ‘K’ tradition with the name Kaidence Donda, in honour of Kanye's late mother.

But a source told US Weekly that the couple decided to go for North and will call their daughter Nori for short.
